Twisted Pendant Shopify Redesign

Elevating an e-commerce experience through strategic UI design, conversion optimisation, and brand alignment to amplify the craftsmanship and premium positioning of a luxury men's jewellery retailer.

The Opportunity

Twisted Pendant is a global men’s jewellery brand known for durable, design-led pieces - from chains and rings to custom pendants.

I was brought in to refine their Shopify experience, focusing on improving landing page engagement, product clarity, and overall conversion flow, while aligning the interface more closely with the brand’s premium identity.

The proposal demonstrates how targeted UI refinements - improved colour hierarchy, spacing, and component definition -enhance perceived quality and usability, bringing the digital experience in line with Twisted Pendant’s premium positioning.

Each decision is grounded in UX and e-commerce principles: increasing CTA visibility, establishing clear visual hierarchy, and using whitespace intentionally to guide user attention and reduce cognitive load throughout the conversion journey.

Streamlined Conversion

Product pages were redesigned with conversion in mind. Simplified layouts put focus on the product, clear specifications reduce purchase anxiety, and strategically placed CTAs minimise friction.

The landing page now leads with Twisted Pendant's unique value-premium quality at fair prices, durability guaranteed. Refined messaging paired with improved visual hierarchy creates a clear path from awareness to product exploration.
